Felicia Page

Felicia Page is a highly experienced organisational psychologist currently serving as the Lead National Organisational Psychologist at Davidson since February 2025. With a strong presence in the field, Felicia has authored works for NeuroLeadership since 2017 and holds the position of Primary Supervisor at AHPRA Board Approved, overseeing various internship and training programs since 2014. Previous roles include Head of People and Culture at Spinach Ventures, Director of People, Culture & Coaching at Therapy Pro, and Chief HR Officer at Trade & Investment Queensland. Felicia has also contributed to workforce strategy and capability as a coach/advisor for the Queensland Government and as a guest lecturer at The University of Queensland. Academic credentials include a Master of Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology with Honours) from The University of Queensland.
