Currently, as General Manager of Cloud, Data & AI at Davidson, Rachel leads consulting services that enable transformative change for clients across Australia. Additionally, as the Founder and Director of DataSeeds Consulting, Rachel provides specialized advisory services for startups and scale-ups, focusing on business strategy and AI-driven product development. Previous roles include Head of Field Engineering at Databricks, where Rachel supported technical needs in retail and enterprise sectors, and numerous leadership positions at Oracle Corporation, including Senior Director of ISV Cloud Engineering and Director of Cloud Acceleration.
