Gareth Easom

Gareth Easom has extensive experience in the construction industry, holding various leadership roles primarily at Davidsons Homes from November 2019 to January 2025, where titles included Construction Director, Construction Manager, and Contracts Manager. Prior to this, Gareth worked at Barratt Developments plc from March 2013 to April 2019, progressing through positions such as Senior Site Manager, Site Manager, and Assistant Manager. Early in the career, Gareth gained foundational experience as a General Builder at Total Property Services from April 2005 to February 2010.
