Joe Bongiorno

Joe Bongiorno has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Joe started their career at EY in 1996 as a Senior Auditor and later became a Manager Audit. In 2004, they joined Benjamin News Inc as a Controller. From 2012 to 2017, Joe worked at DAVIDsTEA as the Controller/Manager Financial Accounting and later as the Director of Finance. In 2018, they served as the CFO (interim) before being promoted to Director of Finance again. Currently, Joe holds the position of VP of Finance at DAVIDsTEA since September 2022.

Joe Bongiorno attended McGill University from 1991 to 1994. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting.
