Jenni Simpkin

Jenni Simpkin is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager for the UK and Ireland at Davies since June 2025. Prior to this, Jenni led an international team as the Head of Communications at PHMG, engaging approximately 800 hybrid workers across multiple countries and delivering various colleague events. Jenni's earlier roles include Communications Manager at Assetz Capital, where strategic internal communications were developed for 130 colleagues, and Communications Manager at NatWest Group, focusing on multi-channel campaigns for 1,700 colleagues across diverse regions. Jenni began the career in customer service at the Royal Bank of Scotland and holds a BA (Hons) in Media, Culture, and Communications from Liverpool John Moores University.
