Rachel Cooper Dip CII currently serves as an Insurance Apprenticeship Coach at Davies Group, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel accumulated extensive experience at WNS Assistance from October 2007 to October 2021, progressing from Twilight Claims Handler to Senior Claims Handler and ultimately to Team Leader. Rachel began her career with customer service roles at Royal Bank of Scotland and The Co-operative Bank plc between June 1998 and October 2007. Educationally, Rachel attended Stockport Grammar from 1993 to 1998 and later Hyde Clarendon from 1998 to 2000.
