Subodh Panthri

Subodh Panthri is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR operations and technology. Currently serving as the Global HR Operations & HR Technology Officer at Davies since April 2024, Subodh is responsible for establishing a centralized HR Shared Services function and driving HR technology transformation. Prior to Davies, Subodh worked at Paychex as the Global HR Shared Services and Technology Operations Leader/Director, where a multi-year HR Operations strategy and digital transformation roadmap were developed. At Aon, Subodh held various roles, including Global HR Analytics Leader and Program Manager for HR Shared Services, focusing on data-driven decision-making and governance. Subodh began a career in HR as Deputy Manager at IBM Daksh and has foundational experience in customer service from a role at Convergys. Subodh holds an MBA in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
