Faith Firenze

Faith Firenze has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Faith began their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Associate at JCPenney, where they worked until 2015. In 2011, they joined Community Performance Series as a Box Office Assistant and stayed with the organization until 2015. Faith then interned as a Public Relations Marketing Intern at SUNY Potsdam in 2014. In 2015, Faith joined Health Services of Northern New York as a Community Relations Coordinator and Marketing Manager, a role they held until 2017. Most recently, they joined Davin Healthcare Workforce Solutions in 2017 as a Marketing/Public Relations Manager. At Davin, Faith was responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals and driving sales through various strategies, such as social media, engagement events, and direct campaigns. Faith also utilized the CRM system to generate leads and presented monthly metrics reports across multiple departments to demonstrate the ROI of the marketing budget. In late 2022, they were promoted to Director of Marketing Innovation and Communications at Davin, where they continue to contribute their expertise in marketing and communication strategies.

Faith Firenze attended the State University of New York College at Potsdam from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Speech Communication, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication.
