Diem T. Vo

Diem T. Vo has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. They started their career as an Intelligence Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency from 2012 to 2016. They then worked at the US Army Reserves as the Commander of the 214th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment. After that, they joined the Headquarters of the US Special Operations Command, where they served as a Senior Special Operations Officer and later as a Senior Interagency Liaison Officer. Diem also worked at EY as a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, specializing in public sector, defense, and aerospace clients. They have experience in Foreign Direct Investments Advisory, Supply Chain Intelligence, and conducting Due Diligence for the defense and aerospace industry. Additionally, they worked at Amazon as a Senior Program Manager and the Pathway Operations Manager for Amazon Air. In these roles, they oversaw various operational aspects and managed a large team. They then joined HelloFresh as a Senior Manager, where they were responsible for Operational Excellence and Special Operations, focusing on automation, process design, and production technology implementation. Diem is currently the Director of Fulfillment Operations at Davinci Micro Fulfillment. They also had a brief stint as a Defense Ventures Fellowship Alumni at Marque Ventures. Diem T. Vo completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in International Relations and Affairs from Georgetown University in 2016. They also completed an International MBA from Queen's University in 2018. In 2003, Diem earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from the University of Chicago. In addition to their degrees, Diem has certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters and as a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google.
