Rechel Loos CSM, CSPO has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Rechel started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Volkart May & Associates, where they implemented successful marketing strategies and provided excellent customer service. Rechel then transitioned to the role of Appraisal Operations Manager at Quantrux Valuation, where they excelled in placing appraisal orders and prioritizing client needs. Rechel also worked as a Loan Document Specialist at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, specializing in home loans and ensuring compliance with bank policies. Rechel later joined Da Vinci Software / Score Monster as an Executive Assistant/Business Manager, where they collaborated with hiring managers and conducted interviews. Rechel also gained experience as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Rochester Public Schools ISD #535, and as a Home Improvement Salesperson at Zimprovements, where they focused on outside sales and account management. Throughout their career, Rechel demonstrated strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to diverse work environments.
Rechel Loos CSM, CSPO has a diverse education history. In 2007 and 2009, they attended Inver Hills Community College and obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. Rechel also attended Inver Grove during the same period, studying Business Administration and Management, General. In 2008 to 2010, Rechel continued their education in the same field at Inver Hills Community College but did not obtain a degree.
In 2012, Rechel pursued their interest in photography and the arts, attending Rochester Community and Technical College. Rechel earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree with a specialization in Photography and Arts. The following year, in 2013, they enrolled at Rochester Technical College, focusing on Liberal Arts and Photography and completing an Associates Degree.
Rechel has also obtained additional certifications. In November 2017, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. Rechel also received the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the same institution during the same month and year.
