Dave Papilaya has over 20 years of work experience in various sales and management roles in the beauty and insurance industries. Dave started their professional career in 1996 as a Verzekerings consultant at Elvia, where they were responsible for testing insurance claims for liability. In 1998, they joined Wella Nederland BV as an Account Manager and later became a Sales Manager, overseeing a large number of clients in the Amsterdam region. In 2007, they joined Wella Nederland BV/Procter & Gamble Nederland as a Key Account Manager, responsible for key accounts and strategic planning. In 2008, they joined Aveda Benelux / Estee Lauder Companies as a Business Development Partner, managing over 40 accounts in the Netherlands and providing training, guidance, and support to customers. Dave'smost recent role was as a Sales Manager at ORGANIC WAY LTD. from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working as a Sales Manager at Davines since 2018.

Dave Papilaya attended Casimir scholengemeenschap te Amstelveen from 1980 to 1989, where they obtained their VWO degree. Dave then continued their education at the University of Amsterdam from 1989 to 1996, earning a Doctoraal degree in Rechten (Law).
