Dawn Tolson

Dawn Tolson has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Benefits Administrator and Payroll Administrator for Davis County Government since January 2021. Prior to this role, Dawn worked as the HR Manager and Controller at Phoenix Services Corporation from August 2004 to January 2021. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Western Governors University, completed between May 2020 and April 2022, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Stevens-Henager College, obtained from 1991 to 1992.
