David Howard

David Howard is an experienced paramedic currently serving at Davis County Hospital & Clinics and Heartland Medical Transport since June and May 2023 respectively. With over 20 years of experience in emergency medical services, David previously managed the Ambulance Service at Ottumwa Regional Health Center, overseeing more than 4,000 ambulance calls annually. Additionally, David has a background in the culinary field as a former cook at Sirloin Stockade Restaurant, where a passion for cooking began. David has held multiple leadership roles at Christ's Church Ottumwa, including Youth Minister, Elder, and Technology Director, and possesses educational credentials in Emergency Medical Technology from Indian Hills Community College and Evangelism from the Midwestern School of Evangelism.
