Trevor Couchman

Trevor Couchman has extensive experience in the medical and retail sectors, currently serving as the Materials Management Lead Tech at Davis County Hospital since April 2014. Prior to this role, Trevor held the position of Assistive Technology Professional at Advanced Rehab Technologies from February 2005 to April 2014, and served as Assistant Manager at Hammer Medical Supply between May 1999 and February 2005. Trevor began a career in healthcare as a Delivery Tech at American HomePatient from January 1996 to May 1999 and worked as a Grocery Clerk at Fareway Stores, Inc. from August 1988 to December 1995. Trevor is a graduate of Centerville High School.
