Thomas R. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Thomas started their career in 2006 as a recruit in the US Marine Corps and underwent Marine Combat Training. In 2007, they worked as a CTPL-Central Technical Publication's Librarian Qualification, gaining knowledge in aviation technical publication upkeep and management.

In 2010, Thomas served as a Maint Admin Chief/ Data Analyst for the US Marine Corps' HMHT-302 unit until 2012. Thomas then joined Marine Corps Recruiting in 2012, where they worked as a Canvassing recruiter and later as a Program Specialist in RS Chicago until 2015.

From 2016 to 2018, Thomas held multiple roles in the US Marine Corps. Thomas served as a TD Coordinator/Maintenance Controller for VMM-263 and later as a Maintenance Administration Chief/ Data Analyst for the same unit. Thomas provided support in maintaining and analyzing data for the SPMAGTF-CR-AF 16.1 and 18.

In 2018, Thomas joined VMFA-121 as a Maintenance Data Specialist Chief/F35, and in 2019, they became an Adjunct Instructor at Davis Defense Group, Inc. Currently, they are working as the Maintenace Data Specialist SNCOIC at Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 12, a position they have held since 2020.

Thomas R. attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2011, they attended Florida State College at Jacksonville, focusing on Aviation/Airway Management and Operations. Currently, Thomas is enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University, pursuing a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management, with no specified end year.
