Adjunct Faculty Instructor Marine Corps Command & Staff College at Davis Defense Group

Will H. has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Will started their career in 1986 as an Aviator in the United States Marine Corps, where they gained extensive experience flying and instructing in high-performance fighter aircraft. Will retired from the Marine Corps in 2014 as the Chief of Staff of the Fourth Marine Aircraft Wing.

In 2014, Will joined Check-6, Inc. as a Coach, where they facilitated the planning, briefing, conduct, and debriefing of land-based oil rig moves using the Check-6 rig move excellence program. Will also trained and educated customers in High Reliability Leadership and Plan Based Execution, while generating senior-level assessments focused on process improvement.

During the same year, Will also worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the Marine Corps Command & Staff College for Davis Defense Group, Inc. Here, they instructed masters-level curriculum to military field-grade officers, specializing in contemporary conflict, expeditionary operations, Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) operations, and operational planning.

In 2015, Will joined Ironclad Technology Services as an advisor to the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing.

Will H. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from George Mason University, which they obtained from 1983 to 1986. Will later pursued a Master's Degree in Military Studies from American Military University from 2001 to 2005. In addition, they attended the Marine Corps War College for an unspecified period, earning a Master's Degree in National Security Strategy which they completed before 2003. Will H. also completed a course in Lean Six Sigma but the specific duration is not mentioned.
