Thomas Patterson

Thomas Patterson has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Assistant Community Manager at Davis Development since August 2021. Prior roles include Director of 3rd Party Management and Community Manager at 10 Federal MGMT, where responsibilities encompassed on-site operations, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and team development from March 2016 to April 2022.
