Jill Droge

Jill Droge has extensive experience in community investment and affordable housing, currently serving as Operations and AHP Owner Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas since June 2019. Jill has held various positions within the organization, including Community Investment Operations Manager, Senior Affordable Housing Analyst, and Affordable Housing Analyst. Prior to this, Jill worked as a Graduate Assistant at Kansas State University and completed a Community Investment Internship at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas. Jill's earlier career includes roles as a Testing Services Specialist, VISTA with AmeriCorps, Sales Associate at Von Maur, and Cashier at Bass Pro Shops. Jill holds a Master of Public Administration from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Human Services from the same institution.
