Elizabeth (Liz) Bertran is an experienced educator and facilitator specializing in dyslexia and ADHD, currently serving as a Dyslexia/ADHD Facilitator at Davis Dyslexia Association International since January 2012. Previous roles include Program Assistant at Everett Community College, Assistant Director of Student Success and Campus Manager at City University of Seattle, and Instructor at Stillaguamish Valley School. In their positions, Liz has managed teams, supervised student success initiatives, mediated between stakeholders, and provided academic guidance. Liz holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from the University of Washington and has undergone extensive training in the Davis Method.

DDAI is based in the United States and oversees training and licensing of Davis® providers worldwide. The goals of DDAI are to increase worldwide awareness of the perceptual gifts, talents or potentials for genius that accompany and give rise to dyslexia; and effective methods for resolving the learning disability aspects of dyslexia. DDAI has affiliate organizations headquartered in Mexico, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and the UK. There are licensed Davis Facilitators in more than 40 nations, providing services in more than 30 languages.
