Kate Garlick

Kate Garlick is the current Dean of Students at Davis and Elkins College. Prior to that, Kate served as Membership Services Manager at the General Federation of Women's Clubs and as Foster Care Program Director at Blueprints. Kate also has experience as a Service Coordinator at Valley HealthCare System. Kate holds a Master's degree in Human Services from McDaniel College and a BA in Psychology from Wheeling University.
