John Jacus

John Jacus is a Partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, leading the Environmental Practice Group since May 1994. With extensive expertise in federal and state environmental laws, Jacus represents clients in litigation, administrative proceedings, and complex business transactions related to various environmental regulations, such as RCRA and the Clean Air Act. Additionally, Jacus heads the Renewable and Alternative Energy Group, overseeing an interdisciplinary team focused on energy and environmental matters. Jacus also serves as Chair of the Energy & Environment Council for the Colorado Association of Commerce & Industry and acts as a liaison to the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation for the American Bar Association. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University.
