Duncan Blythe

Duncan Blythe is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Federal Recruiting Manager at Davis Laine, LLC since May 2022, Duncan focuses on solving complex hiring challenges for organizations, including talent department setup, internal hiring mistakes, and diversity sourcing.
