Gregory T. Busch, Ed.D., possesses extensive experience in leadership and advocacy across various sectors. Currently serving as an Ambassador for the Davis Phinney Foundation and an Advisor on The White House Rural Stakeholders Initiative, Gregory is committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and improving rural infrastructure. As a Research Professor at Saint Leo University, Gregory mentors doctoral candidates and serves on doctoral committees. Previous roles include President for Latino Student Success at Excelencia in Education, President and CEO of Mesalands Community College, and a National Content Expert with Complete College America. Additionally, Gregory has a background as COO and Executive Senior Consultant at The Busch Professional Group, focusing on education, health promotion, and crisis management during the COVID-19 pandemic. An accomplished educator, Gregory holds a Doctor of Education from West Virginia University and multiple degrees in Community Medicine and Mortuary Science.

The Davis Phinney Foundation for Parkinson’s is unique in the Parkinson’s community. Our mission is to help people living with Parkinson’s to live well today. We provide programs and research that deliver inspiration, information and tools that enable people living with Parkinson’s to take more control in managing their disease and experience a better quality of life. The Davis Phinney Foundation was founded in 2004 by Olympic medal-winner and cycling great, Davis Phinney, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2000 at the age of 40.
