Beth Lebow

Beth LeBow is a Counsel at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where since October 2017, advisory services have been provided to issuers and financial institutions on various capital markets transactions, including IPOs and other equity and debt offerings. Previous experience includes roles as an Associate and multiple Summer Associate positions at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Cooley LLP, along with a Research Assistant position at Cornell University and internships at the American Bar Association and Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. Beth LeBow holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) with Distinction in Honors Research from Cornell University, graduating summa cum laude in Animal Science and Law & Society.
