Damian Schaible

Damian Schaible is a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where an extensive focus on corporate restructurings and bankruptcies encompasses representation of a diverse range of clients, including debtors, creditors, banks, hedge funds, and asset purchasers. Key areas of expertise include pre-packaged and traditional bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, DIP and exit financings, bankruptcy litigation, Section 363 sales, and liability management transactions. Prior to current involvement at Davis Polk, Damian served as a law clerk in the chambers of Judge Danny Boggs at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Damian earned a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
