Leo Borchardt

Leo Borchardt is a Partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where experience includes a previous role as an Associate since 2008. Prior to joining Davis Polk, Leo served as a Judicial Clerk at the Court of Appeals of Graz in Austria in 2008 and worked as a Visiting Scholar at the Max Planck Institute for International Law in Heidelberg from 2006 to 2007. Leo's education includes an LL.M. in Trade Regulation and International Economic Law from New York University School of Law and a Mag.iur. in Law from the University of Graz, along with studies at Sciences Po and Peraugymnasium.
