Lindsey Olson

Lindsey Olson is an experienced benefits coordinator with a strong background in human resources and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Coordinator at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, Lindsey has overseen extensive benefits programs for diverse staff populations in previous roles, including at the Metropolitan Opera and Central Park Conservancy, where impactful initiatives led to significant increases in 403(b) enrollment and supplemental benefits engagement. Through positions at companies such as CARTO, Paperless Post, and Uber, Lindsey has demonstrated expertise in operations management, recruitment efficiency, and customer service excellence. Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance from Northwestern University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Disability Studies at The City University of New York.
