Alan C.

Alan C. has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Alan began their career in the US Army as a Movement Control Team Operations Manager, Training Officer, and Distribution Operations Manager. In 2011, they were promoted to Senior Logistics Manager/Program Manager. In 2016, they joined Davis-Ulmer Sprinkler Co. as a Learning and Development Lead, where they led the company's effort to develop and grow a learning culture. Alan also held the role of Manager at K&M Fire Protection, Davis Ulmer in 2017. During this time, they were also a Leadership Development Program Candidate at APi Group, Inc., where they worked on various projects to support operational improvements and personnel development.

Alan C. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from Campbell University between 2001 and 2003. Alan has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Microsoft Teams Essential Training in October 2019, Learning Microsoft Stream in February 2019, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers in January 2019, Coaching and Developing Employees in January 2019, and Microsoft Forms First Look in November 2018.
