Rene Ferris has worked in the field of risk and safety management since 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an EHS Specialist at The Babcock & Wilcox Company, where they drove change through others, managed accident/incident cases, conducted EHS-related training, and provided guidance to management. Rene Ferris obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from the State University of New York at Fredonia between 2006 and 2011. In 2013, Rene obtained a Train the Trainer certification from the Scaffold Training Institute. In 2014, Rene obtained Train the Trainer certifications from JLG Industries for both Aerial Lift and Rough Terrain Forklift/LULL. In 2016, Rene obtained a Train the Trainer certification from EMS Safety Services for CPR/AED/First Aid/BBP. Finally, in 2017, Rene obtained an OSHA 500 Trainer certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute.
