Jill Rasmussen Ccim, Sior

Jill Rasmussen, CCIM, SIOR, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, particularly in healthcare and office advisory services. Currently serving as Principal at Davis Healthcare Real Estate since January 2009, Jill previously held the position of Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield from November 2005 to December 2008, focusing on strategic planning, leasing, sales, and development. Prior to that, Jill was a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis | Northco Real Estate Services from April 1992 to November 2005, where Jill directed the brokerage division and contributed to the executive committee. Jill holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, with earlier education at Edina High School.
