Ed Eastman

Ed Eastman is a Civil Trial Attorney certified by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey and a Real Estate Partner at Davison, Eastman, Muñoz, Lederman & Paone, P.A., where Ed has worked since January 1980. Eastman's areas of expertise include real estate, tidelands, grants, licenses, leases, and Waterfront Development Permits, along with substantial experience in administrative proceedings relating to tidelands matters. In addition, Eastman handles litigation concerning land titles, boundary line disputes, Quiet Title actions, and Declaratory Judgment actions. From 1998 to 2017, Eastman served as a Mediator and Executive Director for the New Jersey Land Title Association. Eastman holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Delaware.
