James Paone

James Paone is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in state and federal courts, currently serving as the Chair of the Business Law and Litigation Department and Managing Principal at Davison·Eastman·Muñoz·Paone, P.A. since December 2014. Recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, James frequently speaks on Civil and Trial Practice matters. Prior to this role, James was a Partner at Lomurro, Davison, Eastman & Munoz, PA from 2000 to 2014, focusing on commercial, construction, and corporate litigation, and served as a Partner at Carton & Faccone, PA from 1990 to 2000, overseeing all phases of litigation related to claims against public entities and general liability. James holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washington and Lee University.
