Dan Ryan currently serves as the HSG Regional Operations Director at DaVita Kidney Care since 2023. Previously, Dan held the position of Director of Nursing at Riddle Hospital-Main Line Health from 2019 to 2022, where responsibilities included oversight of patient care, quality, and safety across various units and serving as the system chair of critical care medicine for four hospitals. Dan also directed the Intensive Care Unit at Virtua Health from 2016 to 2019 and Memorial Hospital of Salem County from 2015 to 2016. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Magee Rehabilitation, where Dan oversaw the Brain Injury & Stroke Program, and as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dan holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and an MBA from Wilmington University, a Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Widener University.
