Jay Johnston

Jay Johnston serves as the Senior Director and Group CFO at DaVita Kidney Care since February 2012, overseeing operations across South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, with a revenue exceeding $1 billion and management of approximately 400 operation centers. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Senior Vice President in Finance at Bank of America from April 2001 to November 2011, managing financial strategies across various sectors including Corporate Reporting and Global Banking. Jay's earlier experience includes serving as Divisional Director of Finance at HCR ManorCare, where responsibilities included budget development for the Southeast and Mid Atlantic regions, as well as roles at Piedmont Bank Group Inc. and as a Staff Auditor in the healthcare sector, ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines. Jay holds a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech, obtained in 1989.
