Jenna Hutchison

Jenna Hutchison, LCSW, is a seasoned social work professional with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Social Work at DaVita Kidney Care since November 2010, Jenna leads social work operations across five field groups in 28 states, overseeing approximately 1,000 social workers. Jenna has developed innovative leadership structures within the organization following a significant restructuring. Previous positions at DaVita include Group Social Work Manager, Clinical Supervisor, and Divisional Lead Social Worker, where Jenna was instrumental in implementing care models and training programs. Earlier experience includes roles at Islington Council, where Jenna managed a team supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, and at Kaiser Permanente, providing discharge planning services. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Work from San José State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, along with a post-qualification in social work from Brunel University of London.
