Jim McDonald

Jim McDonald has an extensive professional background, with experience in various leadership roles in healthcare services. Jim currently serves as the Vice President at DaVita Kidney Care, overseeing Value Based and Kidney Care Operations. Prior to this, Jim assumed the role of Division Vice President at the same company, managing operations and business development in multiple regions. Jim also held positions at Juvo - Autism + Behavioral Health Services, Madrone Search Holdings, Kindred Healthcare, and Home Health Services. Jim's career began in the US Army as a Platoon Leader/Battalion Logistics Officer. Jim graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering.
