Marshall Stewman

Marshall Stewman is an accomplished professional in the fields of real estate development and construction, currently serving as Vice President of Design, Development, & Construction at DaVita Kidney Care since June 2022. Prior to this role, Marshall held the position of Sr. Director of Real Estate Development at Genesis KC Development, LLC from June 2014 to June 2022. Marshall began their career at 24 Hour Fitness, where responsibilities included Director of Real Estate & Development and Sr. Project Manager from October 2006 to June 2014, and previously worked as a Project Engineer at Constructors & Associates from 2004 to 2006. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business.
