Matthew Groves

Matthew Groves, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Healthcare Operations at DaVita Kidney Care since February 2024, having previously held a similar position at the same company from April 2018 to September 2019. Matthew's experience in human resources includes roles as Senior Human Resources Generalist/HRBP and Human Resources Generalist at Baptist Health between July 2022 and December 2023. Earlier career roles include General Manager at Sandal Factory Outlet, Store Director at Total Wine & More, and various positions including Store Director and Executive Team Lead at Target. Matthew began a management career at Stuart Andersons Black Angus as a General Manager and Restaurant Manager. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from Siena College and completion of the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at the New England Institute of Technology.
