Michael Gonzales

Michael Gonzales is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in product implementation, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Product Implementation and Cost Innovations at DaVita Kidney Care since February 2015, Michael oversees national initiatives, team leadership, vendor strategy, and financial management while engaging with executive leadership. Previous roles at DaVita include Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations, where implementation of Remote Patient Monitoring improved clinical outcomes for over 21,000 patients, and Manager of Innovation and Clinician Engagement, where Michael developed a nationally adopted eLearning program for nurses. Prior experience at Kaiser Permanente included leadership in workforce health program innovation and operational management. Michael holds a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Pre-med from the University of Colorado Boulder.
