Sarah Feldman

Sarah Feldman is an accomplished leader in the healthcare sector with extensive experience in operational management and business development. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at DaVita Kidney Care since September 2024, Sarah previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, overseeing a multi-site home health division across 34 offices in 10 states. Sarah's career includes roles as Regional Vice President of Operations and Area Director of Operations at various organizations, including Kindred at Home and RehabCare, where responsibility encompassed multi-million dollar P&L management, clinical oversight, and regulatory compliance. Sarah holds both a Doctorate and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Simmons University.
