Jay McDermott

Jay McDermott has a strong background in sales and business development. Jay began their career at Johnson Controls in 1992 as a Market Manager and worked there until 1998. Jay then joined 3M as a Regional Sales Manager, where they stayed for nine years. In 2007, Jay joined Dawar Technologies as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for sales management in the Central Region. Jay worked there until 2018 when they became a Business Development Manager at Marlin Technologies, Inc.

Jay McDermott attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Following that, from 1989 to 1993, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing at the Wisconsin School of Business.
