Geoff Wadham has extensive work experience, mainly in sales and management roles. Geoff currently works as a Regional Sales Manager at Observe, Inc. and also serves as a Mentor/Advisor at NEXT Canada and a Fast Track Mentor at First Round Capital. Prior to this, they worked at Bluecore, where they held roles such as SVP Sales, Head of Sales, and VP Sales - Customer Growth. Geoff also worked at Tomorrow.io as VP of Sales - Canada & US East and at Perfecto in various sales leadership roles such as AVP Global Account Management & Value Realization, AVP Global Sales Enablement, Area Director of Sales, and Regional Sales Manager. Additionally, they gained sales experience working as an Enterprise Account Executive at BMC Software and Softchoice, where they held roles such as Enterprise Account Executive, Outside Sales Rep, and Strategic Inside Sales Account Manager.

Geoff Wadham attended Ryerson University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Geoff majored in Economics and Statistics and minored in Finance. Additionally, in June of 2014, they received a Certificate of Completion in The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity from the American Management Association.
