Troy Fritz

Troy Fritz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1990, they worked at Fritz's Auto Center, a family business where they managed operations, implemented computerized systems, and gained insights into business management. From 1997 to 1999, Troy served as a Facilities Engineer and Project Manager at General Motors, overseeing production equipment and site development projects. Following that, they worked at Sponseller Group Inc. as a Design Engineer and Project Manager, where they designed mechanical and structural components, generated site development concepts, and managed a team. Troy then joined Harman/Becker Automotive Systems in 2000, initially as a Project Engineer and later as a Senior Project Engineer, managing the implementation of electronics production lines in new facilities and creating technology enhancement proposals.
