Justina Adel began their work experience in 2016 as a Quality Control Trainee at Coca-Cola Egypt, where they gained experience in various company functions and worked with various testing equipment. Justina then moved on to work as a Medical Representative at Sanofi in 2016, where they conducted surveys and developed team communications. In 2017, they worked at AstraZeneca as a Medical Representative, focusing on the Symbicort inhaler and completing trainings. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Dawarha.
