Jean-François (Jeff) Lemay has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jean-François (jeff) currently serves as the President & CEO of DAWCO, a role they took on in May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer of DAWCO from November 2019 to May 2022.
Before joining DAWCO, Lemay worked as the General Manager at HMI from August 2016 to July 2019.

Lemay began their career as a Project Manager at Transelec Common inc from an undisclosed start date to May 2011 and later at Delphes from an undisclosed start date to an undisclosed end date.
Jean-François (jeff) also worked as a Project Engineer at 360 networks from an undisclosed start date to an undisclosed end date. During this role, they were involved in the underground construction of the fiber optic backbone network between Smith Falls, Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec City.
Additionally, Lemay served as a Production Manager at LES POTEAUX LPB inc./LES PORTES CELCO/LES BOISERIES PLESSIS Ltée from an undisclosed start date to an undisclosed end date. In this role, they managed a manufacturing plant, supervised the shipping department, controlled operation costs, managed human resources, and led the health and safety committee.
Lemay's early work experience includes working as a Quality Manager at Expographiq from an undisclosed start date to an undisclosed end date. In this role, they oversaw quality assurance and implemented quality programs such as CAN3-Z299.4 and ISO 9001. Jean-François (jeff) also handled human resources responsibilities, assisted with estimating large projects, supported administrative tasks, and managed projects both in-house and on-site.
Jean-François (Jeff) Lemay holds a graduate level diploma in Engineering Management (project management) from the Université de Sherbrooke, which they obtained from 2001 to 2012. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1992, they attended the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Engineering. Jean-François (jeff)'seducational journey began at Petit Séminaire de Québec, where they completed their high school education from 1980 to 1987, specializing in Sciences.
