Jeffrey Moss

Jeffrey Moss is an experienced legal professional specializing in tax and transactional matters. Currently serving as a Member and Practice Group Leader at Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC since February 2011, Jeffrey focuses on structuring transactions for tax efficiency, estate and trust planning, tax-exempt entities, tax incentives, alternative energy, healthcare, and real estate. Prior to this, Jeffrey was a Shareholder at Butzel Long from September 2001 to January 2011, emphasizing tax planning for individuals and businesses. Jeffrey began their legal career as a Shareholder at Shapack McCullough & Kanter, PC, from May 1993 to September 2001. Academically, Jeffrey holds a JD in Law and Business from the University of Michigan Law School, an LL.M in Taxation from Wayne State University Law School, and a BA with honors from Michigan State University.
