Bryan Murphy has a solid work experience in the food industry, particularly in Dawn Farms. Bryan started their career in 2003 as a Business Development Manager for Europe in Dawn Farm Foods / International Meat Ingredients Ltd. Bryan held this position until 2016 when they became the General Manager at Dawn Farms Distribution. In 2021, they moved up to become the UK Sales Director at Dawn Farms.
Bryan Murphy obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Maths from University College Cork in 1989. Bryan went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Personal and Management Coaching at the same university from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they completed a Management Development Programme at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School from 2014 to 2015. Prior to these qualifications, Bryan attended CSN Bishopstown from 1980 to 1986. In 1991, they obtained an MA in Economics from University College Cork and the following year, they completed a Higher Diploma in Education (H-Dip Ed) at the same institution.
