Joanne Mulligan is an accomplished Quality Assurance Manager with extensive experience in the food industry, currently employed at Dawn Farms since June 2017. Joanne previously held the role of Senior Quality Assurance Supervisor, focusing on maintaining food safety standards through SOP adherence, HACCP, and compliance audits, while also monitoring product quality to ensure conformance to specifications. Earlier experience includes a Quality Assurance internship at Dawn Farms and a Regulatory Affairs internship at Kerry, where Joanne engaged in recipe analysis. Additionally, Joanne has held various positions, including coaching at Kildare GAA and service roles in hospitality. Joanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from University College Dublin, completed in 2017.
