Katie Enright is an experienced professional in the food innovation and development sector, currently serving as the Innovation Manager at Dawn Farms since July 2017. In this role, Katie leads the NPD strategy and the Customer Innovation function, while previously working as a Project Manager and Coordinator on significant global and UK accounts. Earlier experiences include serving as a Food Process Technologist during a graduate program, gaining hands-on experience in pilot trials, and as a Lab Technician at Dairygold Co-Operative Society Ltd, participating in new product trials. Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from the University of Limerick and is currently pursuing an MSc in Insights and Innovation at Dublin City University.
