Gina Carretta

Gina Carretta is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Scale Up Engineering & Design at Dawn Foods Global since March 2022. Previously, Gina held the position of Senior Product Development & Scale Up Engineer within the same company. From January 2019 to March 2022, Gina worked at Vantage Specialty Chemicals as a Technical Service & Development Engineer. A significant portion of Gina's career was spent at Mars, where roles included Associate Engineer and Associate Process Development Engineer from March 2015 to January 2019, focusing on product and process translation, problem-solving, and project management for various brands. Earlier roles included a Marketing Assistant position at Pressure Chemical Co., where lead generation efforts were implemented, and internships at Mars, Corning Incorporated, and Pressure Chemical Co., each contributing to Gina's extensive background in chemical engineering, process development, and market analysis.
